Question 1

Where will my driver meet me at CJIA?

Accepted Answer

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall at Cheddi Jagan International Airport with a sign showing your name. We track your flight, so if it lands early or late, we adjust.

Question 2

Are the fares really fixed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The fare shown on the site is the fare you pay for the trip — no meter, no surge pricing, no haggling at the curb. Georgetown is GYD 13,000 (≈ US$62), Providence GYD 10,500 (≈ US$50), Parika GYD 20,000 (≈ US$96), Linden GYD 20,000 (≈ US$96) and Berbice GYD 40,000 (≈ US$191).

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

There is no online payment. Pay your driver in cash at the end of the ride, or by Visa card using our POS terminal on arrival.

Question 4

Is there a discount for a return trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add a return trip back to CJIA when you book and you get 10% off the total of both rides. Just give us your departing flight number, date and time.

Question 5

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We monitor your arrival flight number. Delays are not a problem and there is no extra charge for waiting on a delayed flight.

Question 6

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

After you submit the form you receive a booking reference. We then confirm by WhatsApp or phone. You can also message us any time on WhatsApp at +592 694 0084.

Question 7

Can I book for a group or with lots of luggage?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us the number of passengers and bags in the form. Groups of more than 4 travel in a bus/minibus, with a one-time GYD 5,000 (≈ US$24) surcharge per booking. For oversized items, add a note or message us on WhatsApp so we send the right vehicle.
