Send us your flight details and baggage tag number. Add a short description of the bag so we can identify it on sight.

We follow your bag with the airline, and once it lands we collect it and clear it at the airport on your behalf.

We deliver it to you
Your bag is delivered directly to your hotel or home anywhere in Georgetown — no return trip, no waiting around.
Authorization Required to Collect Bags
Per airline and airport regulations, we cannot collect baggage on your behalf without written authorization. You must complete and sign our Baggage Release Authorization Form. This includes a copy of your passport ID and baggage claim ticket. If someone else is travelling with you, they can also authorize us at the airport. We handle all airline paperwork for you.
